Sausage and Beer

We will celebrate the last evening of the 2023 summer season with sausage and beer.
Christof Gisler, beer sommelier, has sacrificially tasted his way through various beer specialities.  The result of this work will be poured out for you on 28.10.
Sausages are made from beef, wild boar, lamb and fish.

A four course sausage menu with a fantastic beer each.
