Our rooms

We have 7 double rooms, each with its own special charm. All decorated with attention detail, they are warm and inviting. Some have shared bathrooms and others have a private bathroom. An ample and delicious breakfast is served in the restaurant. Our bookshelves are filled with children’s books, classics and literature from Graubunden. Our subscription to the Appenzell Bookstore means our collection is continually being expanded and updated. The paintings found in the guesthouse are a part of touring art exhibitions from well-known and lesser-known artists. The stargazing sofa in the hay barn is an extra plus for moonstruck overnight guests who want to gaze up at the clear, starry sky minus light pollution. On a clear night you may see thousands of stars.

All prices quoted are per night for two people, including breakfast. For single room use we offer a corresponding discount. Cancellations up to one week before arrival are free of charge, thereafter we charge a partial amount of 60.-CHF per night, this regulation also applies to early departures.
